Why CAD Cut

One of the basic prerequisites for the financial success of furniture production is an optimally low expenditure of resources and materials used. The key to this success can be found in the CAD Cut program for optimising the cutting of furniture boards, which is designed for furniture manufacturers and carpenters.

CAD Deconstruction can be purchased as a stand-alone program or as an add-on module to CAD Decor PRO, CAD Kitchens. In CAD Kuchnie MAX it is an integral part of the program.

How CAD Cut works

Arranges the formats on the sheets in an economical way.

It works with the kitchen furniture databases in CAD Kitchens and CAD Decor PRO as well as the Wardrobe Module.

It also works as a stand-alone program. Formats are then added manually.

Allows selection of the type of cut depending on the type of sheet to be cut.

It provides options for defining the direction of the grain of the board, edge veneering, veneer thickness, saw-cut width and adding a margin for the sheets.

The calculator simplifies the calculation of the number of sheets needed to optimise the cut.

Mixed cutting for sheets with different wood grain direction.

It optimally distributes the formats on the sheet by rotating them in the right direction.

The boards and formats that are left over after the order has been cut are stored in the warehouse.

Enables the order to be valued taking into account additional components, which are components of e.g. wardrobes, cabinets, etc.

Optimises working time on the software by saving recurring orders.

It offers the possibility of saving cutting programs for Gabbiani cutting machines in the PRG file format and for Altendorf machines in the SAW file format.
