The administrator of the personal data is CAD Projekt K&A sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 46 Rubież Street in Poznań (61-612). The data will be processed in order to perform the contract, fulfil legal obligations resulting from the provisions of law, conduct marketing activities and in order to fulfil the administrator's legitimate interest: verification of the clients' entitlement to purchase a temporary key. Failure to do so may result in refusal to conclude a contract and/or to receive marketing information. The data will be processed for the period required by law and for the duration of the software licence, then until the security key is returned and for a further 6 months to verify entitlement to the single time key purchase.
