System requirements
- operating system: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1/8 – all 64-bit;
- .4CAD program (provided with our CAD programs at no extra charge);
- Microsoft Access Database Engine 16.05.5044.1000 x64 driver (installed automatically with the program).
Recommended system and hardware requirements
- processor: quad-core 3GHz, Cache 3 MB, with SSE 4.1 support.
SSE 4.1 instructions have:
– Intel processors released since 2010,
– AMD processors released since 2015; - RAM memory: 16 GB;
- graphic card (see table below):
– NVIDIA GeForce **** with a memory of 3-4 GB RAM
(recommendation for projects below 2 million surfaces*);
– NVIDIA GeForce ***** with a memory above 4 GB RAM
(recommendation for projects over 2 million surfaces*); - example optimal configuration: Windows 10 – 64-bit,
RAM memory: 16 GB, Intel Core processor i5 7500,
NVIDIA GeForce card ***** (see table below).

CAD Projekt K&A provides technical support for its software running on producer compliant hardware with an active service package. - If you have an older generation graphics card, please verify its performance against the table above. If in doubt, please contact our technical support.
- We are informing you that older, outdated versions of CAD Projekt K&A software may not work properly on new, off-the-shelf NVIDIA GeForce cards, as well as other new computer components or the latest versions of Windows operating systems whose release date precedes the distribution date of your software.
- Software correctness vs. project size – in order to ensure the correctness of CAD Projekt K&A’s software, projects should be properly optimised.
- The speed of rendering and the correct operation of our software is mostly influenced by the models that will be used in your projects.
