Changes common to CAD Decor PRO, CAD Decor and CAD Kitchens

DOCUMENTATION

  • The default section height on the plate side has been lowered, it is now 0.10m.
  • An unexpected error that occurred when opening the documentation on a specific project has been corrected, this was caused by the wall niches created.
  • Added possibility to rotate the photo on the front page if it was added in a different orientation.
  • The removal of the table template from the documentation settings and the new document window has been unified.
  • Corrected a situation in which the view title in the card edit mode was setting late.
  • Fixed a bug in which the “Don’t trim section plane” option was not remembered when restarting the project.
  • Fixed a bug in which the field did not rotate after changing the angle of rotation of the projection on the “Floor” page.
  • Fixed a bug in which the enabled depth of field continued to be active after exiting the documentation.
  • The operation of the Undo button in relation to walls has been improved.
  • Added “Scale font” checkbox on the summary drawing page.
  • Fixed a bug where the model was not visible on the wall projections after loading the documentation.
  • Fixed the operation of table narrowing and expanding when the table was positioned in the center of the page.
  • Improved the performance of serial copying with measure enabled.
  • Added memorization of centering parameters, font type when editing text.
  • Fixed a bug where after scaling a cabinet relative to the X axis in the visualization, it did not include these dimensions in the documentation.

  • Documentation loading was optimized when a project contained multiple segments.
  • Added protection so that the MainContainer.json file is not overwritten if an error occurs when saving.
  • Fixed a bug where hidden arbitrary elements on wall projections were visible after loading documentation.

  • Added a aquamarine color to the guides when inserting symbols, which will suggest that they will disappear when deselected.
  • Added “Visible guides” checkbox in object properties to enable or disable visibility of symbol guides.
  • Added scale information on each summary drawing view.
  • Added the ability to save your own templates for ordinary tables and design tables. In the round menu after selecting save template, it is possible to select what type of table template should be created.
  • Added the ability to edit parameters at the ends of polylines.
  • Added the ability to save text templates that can be created using a table in the Table Builder.
  • Fixed a bug where after copying a page, the legends changed their position.
  • Added properties to change the font, border and background color in the created table.
  • Added auto-sizing of all countertops together, on the main Countertops page. In addition, countertop joints marked in the Countertops module are also displayed in the documentation.
  • Added the ability to copy a wall projections page, the copied wall projection will be added with a new name.

VISUALIZATION

  • Improved the display of the repositioning of the Replace Model window when moving the bottom panel.
  • Added the ability to change the texture size for objects that have UVs defined.
  • Added the ability to insert materials using the area separation tool.
  • An option has been added to save tile parameters changed by the user.
  • The saving will apply to four parameters: Gloss, Reflections, Roughness and Bump Effect.
  • New icons for saving images have been added: “Save Visualization” and “Save Visualization As…”
  • Changed the meaning of the floppy disk icon to “Save project Ctrl+S”.
  • Added data control for writing DWX files in DAT to protect the program from closing when loading a project.
  • A bug has been fixed in which the orange highlighting of the plinth layers swapped places when expanding the right panel.
  • Fixed a bug where all insertion points could not be marked after tile rotation.
  • A bug has been fixed where one side of a tiled partition wall was removed when editing it.
  • Improved the display of halogen cones when the lamp is deselected.
  • Fixed a bug in which tiles rotated after adding tiles on a created protrusion from walls.

INSERTING INTERIOR ELEMENTS

  • The performance of the field with model search results has been improved.

RENDER

  • Fixed a bug where mirror reflections were incorrectly displayed when the base renderer was enabled.
  • The operation of noise reduction has been changed. The drop-down list has been replaced with a “Hum reduction” checkbox.

3D CONVERTER

  • Fixed the “Add object from project” function for model outlines that are not in the database.
  • Added automatic switching between conversion methods if the selected method is not currently supported.
  • Eliminated incorrect conversion of the .obj file model if the file was converted first with the Assimp method.
  • The “Access Violation” bug that appeared when converting a large model saved with the .dae extension has been fixed.
  • Fixed “sqrt: DOMAIN ERROR” error that appeared when trying to convert or rescale a model.
  • Fixed the “Division by zero” error that appeared when clicking on Import Base or Export Base.
  • Memory leaks in the converter have been secured.
  • A situation was secured in which an error was displayed when selecting several files at once previously added to the database, then deleting them.

MANAGER

  • An additional tool for cleaning the Temp folder from project backups has been added, a window with the possibility of deleting file copies will appear when the disk is critically busy.
  • Added conversion of legacy databases so they can be read and displayed in version 4.0.

Changes in CAD Decor PRO and CAD Kitchens

WORKTOPS

  • Fixed the “Merge” function when merging two worktops, the drawn out worktop was generating incorrectly in the environment.
  • Improved worktop autogeneration if there is a D2S-9/ZNS cabinet in the cabinet line.

INSERTING KITCHEN CABINETS

  • Added protection against adding a very small width of the user’s cabinet.
  • A bug has been fixed in which the program did not remember the selected type of cabinets when changing the kitchen model.

USER CABINET EDITOR

  • Added the ability to delete cabinets in the editor using the Delete key.
  • Fixed a bug where the height of the cabinet’s back was shortened when the “Open Top” option was enabled.
  • A bug has been corrected in which additional design elements appeared when changing additional fronts.
  • Fixed a bug where when the back of the cabinet was turned off, it did not cause it to be removed from the structural elements.
  • Added the ability to zoom in/out of the model view using the scrollbar.
  • Fixed a bug in which setting maximum values for additional cabinet parameters caused the cabinet model to be drawn incorrectly.
  • Fixed a bug in which the keyboard arrows simultaneously moved the cursor in the text box and rotated the cabinet preview.
  • Fixed a bug in which back, left or right front types were unavailable after selecting a back, left or right front in the “Edit Fronts” editor.
  • Fixed a bug where after creating a straight corner cabinet with the specified body dimensions, it generated incorrectly.
  • Introduced a window with checkboxes for adding/subtracting cabinet items to the statement view.
  • Added option for household appliances in beveled corner cabinets, in front types.
  • A bug has been corrected in which, when all design elements were removed, they continued to be visible.
  • Added the ability to change the width of the cabinet list.
  • Added option to finish with a plinth on both sides of the cabinet.
  • Added search engine for cabinets from user database.
  • Independent adjustment of the back of the corner cabinet was added for each segment.
  • The body editing window in the “Additional parameters” tab has been standardized.
  • Fixed a bug where after dividing the front end by 6, the dimension of the front end spontaneously changed.
  • A bug has been fixed in which user cabinets were being imported into CAD Cut after deleting design elements.
  • Improved deletion of cabinets in the user editor.

INSERTING HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES

  • Fixed a bug in which the message “The database file was not found in the directory” appeared after clicking on the “Representatives” button.
